Law 27339

National Capital of the Manger.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

THE RIOJA NATIONAL CAPITAL OF THE MANGER

Article 1 °-State the province of La Rioja "National Capital of the Manger" in merit to the old and particular characteristics that each year popular devotion assigns to the representation of the birth of Jesus Christ, in that jurisdiction.

Article 2 °-In line with Article 1 of this Law, the Secretariat of Culture of the Nation will seek its dissemination through different means.

Article 3-This initiative is an institutional recognition by the national state of an ancestral religious-cultural practice, highlighting, recognizing and respecting the spiritual values of the riojano people.

ARTICLE 4 °-This law shall be regulated within sixty (60) days of its promulgation.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-THREE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
