Transfer the building in favor of the province of La Pampa.


Article 1-Transfierase free of charge, in favour of the province of La Pampa, the domain of the real estate in the city of General Pico of that province registered under the cadastral nomenclatures " Ejido 021-Constituency 01-Radio l- Apple 030-Parcelas 38 "and" Ejido 021-Constituency 01-Radio J-Apple 15-plots 1, 2 and 3 "inscribed under the name" Argentine National State-Law 13,490 ", where the School of Irregular Engines and the School currently operate for Blind.

Art. 2º-The province of La Pampa will have to allocate the buildings to the development of improvements in the educational services of the Special School No. 2 of Irregular Engines, in the city of General Pico. A period of ten (10) years is established for the fulfilment of the provisions of this article; vanquished which, without any observance, will proceed the reversal of the domain of this transfer of full right.

Art. 3 °-The national executive branch within one hundred and twenty (120) days counted from the promulgation of the present, will proceed to carry out the procedures to write the transfer in favor of the province of La Pampa. The transfer of the domain will be carried out by the General Government of the Nation as well as the respective registration procedures.

Art. 4 °-The costs of the transfer of the ownership of the buildings as detailed in Article 1 of this Law shall be the sole responsibility of the beneficiary.

Art. 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
