Law No 26,061. Amendment.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1-Incorporation as points (t), (u) and (v) of Article 44 of Law 26.061, the following:
t) Create interfaces of free and easily accessible digital technologies and platforms to provide information and advice on violence, abuse, abuse and other rights violations against girls, children and adolescents; promote their participation;
(u) Establish guidelines for the compilation and processing of information produced by technology interfaces and by telephone lines of care for children and adolescents dependent on the various organs the administrative authorities of the various jurisdictions;
(v) Generate mass dissemination campaigns of the interfaces referred to in point (t).
Article 2-Contact the national executive branch.
