Law 27274

Approval.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Approve the Convention between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Chile to Eliminate the Double Imposition in Relation to Income Taxes and on the Heritage and to Prevent the Evasion and Tax Avoidance, held in the city of Santiago-Republic of Chile-15 May 2015, consisting of thirty-two (32) articles and one (1) protocol, the authenticated copy of which is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE SEVEN DLAS OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
