Law 27278

"National Day of Coexistence and Plurality of Political Expressions".

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Institutional on the 4th of July of each year as the "National Day of the Coexistence and Plurality of the Political Expressions", in commemoration of the historic message of farewell to the late President of the General Nation Juan Domingo Perón pronounced by Dr. Ricardo Balbin.

Article 2-This law aims to promote the plural and egalitarian treatment, avoiding any discrimination based on affiliation, adherence or political orientation of the people and promoting greater participation in national politics.

ARTICLE 3-It incorporates the calendar of official acts and commemorations of the Nation on July 4 as the Day of Coexistence and Political Plurality.

Article 4 °-In accordance with the provisions of Article 1, each year, the national executive branch through the appropriate agencies, will implement necessary actions of dissemination and awareness that promote confraternity, coexistence and a plurality of policy areas in all relevant areas.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE FOURTEENTH DAY OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
