Declaration.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1 °-State Historical Monument to the "Chalet Huergo" and the historical garden that surrounds it, with all its natural and cultural components, located in the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, province of Chubut.
Article 2-For the purposes set out in Article 1 of this Law, the said goods shall be covered by the provisions of Law 12.665 and 25.197.
Art. 3 °-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Goods, will agree with the Municipality of Comodoro Rivadavia the terms and scope of their cooperation, for the purposes of the best preservation, keeping and use of the monument that is declared.
Art. 4 °-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Goods will practice the corresponding inscriptions in the National Register of Historical and Historical Art and in the cadastral registers and the Inmovable Property which correspond.
Art. 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
