Declare of public utility and subject to real expropriation. Sanctioned: November 25, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-State of public utility and subject to expropriation of the property in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, whose addresses and cadastral data are as follows: Querandies 4288/4290, section 17, block 039, plot 004 A, item Matrix 178.437; Querandies 4230, section 17, apple 039, plot 003, matrix item 172.063 and Rawson 127, section 17, block 054, plot 021, matrix item 171,638.

ARTICLE 2 °-The price of the buildings subject to expropriation shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Law 21,499, considering their general condition.

Article 3 °-The national executive branch will give in, in comodato, the properties expropriated by this law to the Cooperative of Work 22 of May Limited for the achievement of its social object, with the condition to give continuity to the activities Cultural, educational and social in them are carried out through the Cooperative of Educators and Popular Researchers and the Cultural Association IMPA The Factory.
