Amending Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Condemned Persons. Approval. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the Amending Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Condemned Persons between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Peru, signed in the City of Buenos Aires on November 27, 2012, consisting of seven (7) articles, the authenticated copy of which is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SIX DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
