Convention on Competition, the Applicable Law, the Recognition, Enforcement and Cooperation in Matters of Parental Responsibility and Measures to Protect Children. Approval. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE CONVENTION ON JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE LAW, RECOGNITION, ENFORCEMENT AND COOPERATION IN MATTERS OF PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND MEASURES FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN, THE NETHERLANDS-19 October 1996, consisting of SIXTY-THREE (63) articles, the authenticated copy of which, in Spanish and English, forms part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SIX DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
