Declare of public utility and subject to property expropriation. Sanctioned: November 25, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-State of public utility and subject to expropriation, the building located in Magellan Street 1140, cadastral nomenclature: Constituency 4a, Section 10, block 073, plot 004, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Article 2 °-The building established in Article 1 of this Law shall be intended for the creation of the "Casa Juan de Dios Filiberto" Museum in order to gather, preserve, order, document, research, disseminate, communicate and display the the heritage related to the author, his life and his work, as well as the testimonies of his time and his scope of action.

ARTICLE 3 °-The Court of Tasings of the Nation, according to the stipulations of Law 21,499 on the Regime of Expropriations, will fix the value of the good determined in the article 1 ° of this law, according to the technical expertise They may request the support and advice of the Tasers Department of the Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires or other public or private entities.

ARTICLE 4 °-The expenses that the compliance of this law requires will be charged to the General Budget of the National Public Administration in the year of entry into force of the same and in the successive ones, according to the physical advancement of the works and until its conclusion.

ARTICLE 5 °-The authority of application of this law is the Ministry of Culture of the Nation.

ARTICLE 6-The Executive Branch shall regulate this law within the ninety (90) days of its publication.

ARTICLE 7 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-FIVE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
