Crease Federal Court of First Instance, Federal Prosecutor's Office and Public Defender's Office in Hurlingham, Buenos Aires Province. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Create a (1) Federal Court of First Instance with a seat in the city of Hurlingham, province of Buenos Aires, with jurisdiction in criminal and criminal matters.

ARTICLE 2 °-The Court that is created by this law will have territorial jurisdiction in the parties of Hurlingham, Ituzaingo and Merlo.

ARTICLE 3 °-The Court that is created by this law will have three (3) Secretaries with Criminal and Correctional jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 4 °-The Federal Appeals Chamber of San Martin will be the court of the court of the court that is created by this law. The Oral Courts in the Federal Criminal Court of San Martin will be the courts of trial in criminal matters.

ARTICLE 5-Create one (1) Federal Prosecutor's Office of First Instance and one (1) Public Defender of First Instance, both with a seat in the city of Hurlingham, who will act in front of the court that is created by this law.

ARTICLE 6-The charges of Judge of First Instance, Prosecutor of the First Instance, Public Defender of First Instance, Secretaries, Prosecretaries and administrative and technical staff and personnel of service and maestranza that are detailed in Annexes I, II and III which form part of this Law.

ARTICLE 7 °-From the putting into operation of the Court that is created by this law, the parties of Hurlingham, Ituzaingo and Merlo will be excluded from the territorial jurisdiction of the federal courts with jurisdiction in criminal matters and Correctional with seat in the city of Moron.

Article 8 °-The causes that are pending before the federal courts of first instance with jurisdiction in criminal and correctional matters with seat in the city of Moron will continue to be based on them until their definitive termination.

Article 9 °-This law will be implemented once the budget appropriation for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands, which will be charged to the budget items of the Judicial Branch of the Nation, of the Public Ministry, will be implemented. Prosecutor and the Public Ministry of Defense, respectively.

ARTICLE 10. -The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Council of the Magistrate of the Nation, in the exercise of the functions they are responsible for, shall take the administrative and budgetary measures conducive to the installation and operation of the court which is created by this law.

ARTICLE 11. -The Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Ministry of Defense will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the Office of the Prosecutor of the First Instance and the Official Public Defender of the First Instance created by this law.

ARTICLE 12. -The magistrates, officials and staff appointed to perform in the organs created by the present, shall only take possession of their respective positions when the financial condition laid down in Article 9 ° of this law is given.
