Nagoya Protocol. Approval. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted: December 23, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE NAGOYA PROTOCOL ON ACCESS TO GENETIC RESOURCES AND FAIR AND EQUITABLE PARTICIPATION IN THE BENEFITS ARISING FROM THEIR USE OF THE CONVENTION ON BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY, held in Nagoya -JAPON- 29 October 2010, consisting of THIRTY-SIX (36) articles and ONE (1) annex, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SIX DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
