Declare well of national historical interest to the Provincial School No. 1 "Hernando de Magallanes".

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-State of national historical interest, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the Provincial School No. 1 "Hernando de Magallanes" located in the city of Río Gallegos, province of Santa Cruz, for the purpose of its best preservation, conservation and keeping of the target.

Article 2 °-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Assets, which is dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will use all things to comply with this law.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
