ACT NO 1316 LAW OF 17 MARCH 1992

JAIME PAZ ZAMORA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

For the Honorable National Congress, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE HONORABLE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA: Article First.- The provinces Warnes, Santiesteban, Sara, Ichilo and Nuflo de Chávez of the Department of Santa Cruz, the provinces of Warnes, Santiesteban, Sara, Ichilo and Nuflo, have been severely affected by heavy rains and river flows. Article 2 .-Encomiendase to the Executive Branch to channel resources of the General Treasury of the Nation and/or external for the rehabilitation of roads, bridges and defensive affected, as well as to reschedule refinanced debts of producers and credits of promotion whose crops were found to have been severely damaged.
