CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

AS REGARDS , the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

Article 1A ° .â€" I would like to see the thermal waters of Viscachani and the area precisely for the construction of a hotel and its dependencies.

Article 2A (2) The Prefecture of the Department of Peace, in whose profit the expropriation is made, will arbitrate the necessary funds, be it on its annual budget, either by issuing of bonds or by means of private persons.

Article 3A .†" It is authorized to the aforementioned Prefecture so that it can organize a society that explodes the spa and its hotel, and in which the Prefecture will not be able to have less than fifty percent of actions.

Article 4A (4) .†" Both in the resort of Urmiri and in the one of Viscachani, the Prefecture should build sections of second and third categories-to rooms and baa ± os. The failure to comply with the above will be a cause for the annulment of the expropriation of the resort of Viscachani and the closure of Urmiri.
