As for: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

Article 1 (a) to (i) The province "Angel Sandoval" was created in the Department of Santa Cruz, formed by the cantons Las Petas of the Province of Velasco, and Santo Corazón, La Gaiba and San Mata-as of the Chiquitos Province. The new province will have as its capital the town of San Mata-as and will be delimited by a topographical commission organized by the Ministries of Government and Colonization.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
