I approved the Convention 155 and the Protocol of 2002 of the International Labour Organization, concerning the safety and health of workers adopted in Geneva, Swiss Confederation. Sanctioned: July 27, 2011 Enacted in Fact: August 24, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve Convention 155 of the International Labour Organization on the Safety and Health of Workers, adopted on 22 June 1981 and the Protocol of 2002 on the Convention on the Safety and Health of Workers workers, adopted on 20 June 2002, in Geneva, Swiss Confederation, whose authenticated copies form part of this law.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SEVEN DAYS OF THE MONTH OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,693-JULY C. C.
