Transfer to the Province of Entre Ríos, a real estate located in Puerto Nuevo, in the town of Paraná. Sanctioned: September 7, 2011 Enacted in Fact: October 5, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Transfer free of charge to Entre Ríos province, a property located in Puerto Nuevo, in the town of Paraná, which is located in the jurisdiction of the National Directorate of Waterways and has a surface area of 4,386,56 m2, bordering the North with Superior Government of the Nation; to the East with Public Street No. 1486, German A. Lopez, Pedestrian Passage and Paula Albornoz and others; to the South with Calle Manuel Leiva; and to the West with Superior Government of the Nation; and whose limits are: to the North: Recta 5-1 to the direction N.E. 89º 12 'of 82.35 m; to the East Recta 1-2 to the course S.E. 00º 53' of 102,89 m; to the South: Straight 2-3 to the direction N.O. 76º 40 'of 20.42 m and to the West: Rectas to the rumbos 3-4 to the N.O. 00º 52' of 21.19 m and 4-5 to the N.O. 40º 02 ' of 99.05 m.

Article 2-The transfer is carried out with the charge of allocating the building referred to the operation of the School No. 100 "Puerto Nuevo".

ARTICLE 3-Set a deadline of 10 years for compliance with the tax in the previous article. In the event of non-compliance, the domain of the real estate object of the present will be defeated in favor of the national state.

ARTICLE 4-The costs to be incurred by the present shall be borne by the beneficiary.
