Amend Law No. 25,284 related to the Special Administrative Regime of Sports Entities with Economic Difficulties. Sanctioned: November 30, 2011 Enacted in Fact: December 21, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Amend article 22 of Law 25.284, on Special Administrative Regime of Sports Entities with Economic Difficulties, which shall be worded as follows:

Article 22: The trust will last for THREE (3) years, renewable by judicial resolution, up to a maximum of DOCE (12) years.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE THIRTIETH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,723-JOSE J. B. PAMPURO. -EDUARDO A. FELLNER. -Enrique Hidalgo. -Juan H. Estrada.
