I endorsed the Additional Protocol to the Unasur Constitutive Treaty on Commitment to Democracy. Sanctioned: November 30, 2011 Enacted: December 21, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE TREATY ESTABLISHING UNASUR ON COMMITMENT TO DEMOCRACY, held in the city of Georgetown, COOPERATIVE REPUBLIC OF GUYANA, on November 26, 2010, consisting of NUEVE (9) articles, whose Authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the National Executive Branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE THIRTIETH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,720-EDUARDO A. FELLNER. -JUAN C. MARINO. -Enrique Hidalgo. -Juan H. Estrada.
