Create an Official Public Defender's Office and a Prosecutor's Office of First Instance acting before the Federal Court of First Instance of Esquel, Province of Chubut. Sanctioned: November 30, 2011 Enacted in Fact: December 27, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Creanse UNA (1) Official Public Defender and ONE (1) Office of the Prosecutor of the First Instance acting before the Federal Court of First Instance of Esquel, province of Chubut, and will have the same material and territorial jurisdiction of this one.

ARTICLE 2-Create the posts of magistrates, officials and employees that are detailed in the Annexes that are part of this law.

ARTICLE 3-This law will be implemented once the budget appropriation for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands is counted, which will be charged to the budgets of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Ministry of Defense, respectively.

Article 4-The Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Ministry of Defense will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Defender's Office.

ARTICLE 5-The Prosecutor, the Public Defender and other officials and employees who are appointed to perform in the organs of the public ministry that are created by this law, will only take possession of their respective positions when the budgetary appropriation provided for in Article 3 of this Law and the Federal Court of First Instance of Esquel, province of Chubut, is in operation.

Article 6-Once the prosecutor's office and the ombudsman created by this law are put into operation, they will be referred to them all the cases in which they correspond, according to the territorial and material matters assigned to them.
