Create the Federal Prosecutor's Office No. 2 in the City of Neuquén. Sanctioned: November 30, 2011 Enacted in Fact: December 27, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Create the Federal Prosecutor's Office No. 2 with a seat in the city of Neuquén, Neuquén Province, to act together with the existing one, before the DOS (2) Federal Courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.

Article 2-The Federal Prosecutor's Office No. 2 will have territorial jurisdiction over the departments of Pehuenches, Anelo and Confluencia, to intervene in all federal causes in which the Federal Courts No. 1 and 2 of Neuquén exercise their jurisdiction, It is excluded from its competence as regards electoral matters.

ARTICLE 3-Create the charges of magistrates, officials and employees that are detailed in the Annex that is part of this law.

Article 4-The Federal Prosecutor's Office before the Federal Appeals Chamber of General Roca will be the Prosecutor's Office of Alzada and will exercise the Superintendence of the Federal Prosecutor's Office that is created by this law.

Article 5-This law will be implemented once budget credit is available for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands, which will be charged to the budget of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Article 6-The Public Prosecutor's Office will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the Prosecutor's Office, which is created by this law.

Article 7-The Prosecutor and other officials and employees who are appointed to perform in the Office of the Prosecutor General who are created by this law shall only take possession of their respective positions when the budgetary credit provided for in Article 5 is counted. of this law.

Article 8-Once the Office of the Prosecutor's Office established by this law has been put into operation, it will be sent to you all the necessary cases, according to the territorial and material matters assigned to it.
