Crimes against Sexual Integrity. Amendment. Sanctioned: March 21, 2012 Enacted: April 4, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Substitute Article 132 of the Penal Code, as follows:

Article 132: In the offences provided for in Articles 119: 1st, 2nd, 3rd paragraphs, 120: 1st paragraph, and 130 the victim may urge the exercise of public criminal action with the advice or representation of official or private institutions without for profit protection or help for victims.
