Approve the Agreement on Exchange of Information in Fiscal Matters between the Argentine Republic and the Government of the Principality of Andorra. Sanctioned: May 23, 2012 Enacted: June 6, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PRINCIPALITY OF ANDORRA FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ON TAX MATTERS, held in Andorra La Vella, PRINCIPALITY OF ANDORRA, on October 26, 2009, which consists of FOURTEEN (14) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the National Executive Branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-THREE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,750-AMADO BOUDOU. -JULIAN A.
