Approve the Agreement between the Argentine Republic and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas for the Exchange of Tax Information. Sanctioned: May 23, 2012 Enacted: June 6, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS FOR THE EXCHANGE OF TAX INFORMATION, held in Buenos Aires, on 3 December 2009, consisting of QUINCE (15) articles, whose photocopy authenticated form part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the National Executive Branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-THREE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,748-BELOVED BOUDOU. -JULIAN A.
