Declare of public utility and subject to expropriation, to the National Directorate of the National Registry of Persons of the Ministry of the Interior, a property located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Sanctioned: May 16, 2012 Enacted: June 12, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-State public utility and subject to expropriation, to the National Directorate of the National Registry of Persons, under the Ministry of the Interior, the property owned by the firm Mojacar S.A., located in the located in Calle Montesquieu 443, corner Dr. Pedro Chutro 2780/86/90, number 2-7942, cadastral nomenclature: Constituency 2, section 24, block 34, plot 6e, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, whose mensura corresponds to that registered with the Characterized by M-304-2008 at the Directorate of Catastro of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires Airs on 26 November 2009.

Article 2-The General Government of the Nation will proceed to carry out the necessary registration procedures.

ARTICLE 3-The price of the goods subject to expropriation shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Law 21,499.

ARTICLE 4-Facultate the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers to carry out the appropriate budgetary adjustments in order to comply with the above provisions.

ARTICLE 5-Contact the National Executive Branch.
