I approved the Social Security Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Argentina and the Government of the French Republic. Sanctioned: June 27, 2012. Enacted: July 23, 2012.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FRENCH REPUBLIC, signed in Buenos Aires, on 22 September 2008, consisting of FORTY-FOUR (44) articles, whose Authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the National Executive Branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DAY OF JUNE OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,752-AMADO BOUDOU. -JULIAN A. DOMINGUEZ. -Juan H. Estrada. -Gervasio Bozzano.
