Approve the Agreement between the Republic of Argentina and the Common Market of the South-MERCOSUR- for the operation of the Public Policy Institute of Human Rights. Sanctioned: June 27, 2012 Enacted: July 23, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE COMMON MARKET OF THE SOUTH-MERCOSUR-FOR THE OPERATION OF THE INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC POLICY ON HUMAN RIGHTS, signed in Montevideo-EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY-on 8 March. December 2009, consisting of QUINCE (15) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the National Executive Branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DAY OF JUNE OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
