Transfer the domain of the buildings located in Los Blancos, Department of Rivadavia, free of charge in favor of the Province of Salta. Sanctioned: August 15, 2012 Enacted: September 5, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Transfer to the province of Salta for free the domain of the buildings located in the town of Los Blancos, department of Rivadavia, section A, block 11, whose catstars are detailed below: plot 1 registration 1166; plot 2 number 1165; parcel 3 number 1164; parcel 4 number 1163; parcel 5 number 1162; parcel 6 number 1161; parcel 7 number 1160; parcel 8 number 1171; parcel 9 number 1170; parcel 10 number 1169; parcel 11 Registration number 1168; parcel 12 number 1167: whose domain belongs to the national state.

ARTICLE 2 °-The transfer that is available in the preceding article is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary will make it to the rural secondary school of the town of Los Blancos, department of Rivadavia.

Article 3 °-A period of ten (10) years is established for the fulfilment of the provisions of the previous article; vanquished which, without any observance, will proceed the retrocession of the domain of this transfer of full right.

ARTICLE 4 °-The total of the expenses that demand the present will be of exclusive charge of the province of Salta.

Article 5 °-The General Staff of the Government of the Nation shall carry out the writing and registration procedures necessary to conclude the respective transfer in a term of sixty (60) days of entry into force of the present In the document in which this transfer is instructed, it shall explicitly state the position laid down in Article 2.
