Approve the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Argentine Republic and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria for the Development and Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy. Sanctioned: October 10, 2012 Enacted: October 25, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC AND POPULAR ALGERIAN REPUBLIC FOR THE PEACEFUL DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF NUCLEAR ENERGY, signed in Algiers-ALGERIAN REPUBLIC DEMOCRATIC AND POPULAR-on November 17, 2008, consisting of NINETEEN (19) articles and ONE (1) Annex, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE 10TH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
