Approve the Statute of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). Sanctioned: October 10, 2012 Enacted: October 25, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL AGENCY FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY (IRENA), concluded in Bonn-FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY-on 26 January 2009, consisting of TWENTY (20) articles and ONE (1) Declaration of the Conference on the authentic texts of the Staff Regulations, the authenticated photocopy of which forms part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE 10TH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
