Approve the Cooperation Agreement between the Argentine Republic and the United Mexican States for the peaceful uses of Nuclear Energy. Sanctioned: October 10, 2012 Enacted: October 25, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES FOR THE PEACEFUL USES OF NUCLEAR ENERGY, signed in Buenos Aires on 4 July 2002, consisting of QUINCE (15) articles, whose Authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE 10TH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
