Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Argentina and the Government of the Republic of South Africa on Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy. Sanctioned: October 10, 2012. Enacted: October 25, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA ON COOPERATION IN THE PEACEFUL USES OF NUCLEAR ENERGY, signed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 3 December. 2008, consisting of FOURTEEN (14) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE 10TH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
