I approved the Treaty between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Korea on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. Sanctioned: October 31, 2012 Enacted: November 14, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the TREATY BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA ON MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS, signed in Seoul-REPUBLIC OF KOREA-on 31 August 2009, consisting of VEINTIDES (22) articles, whose photocopy authenticated form part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, THE THIRTIES AND THE

ONE OF OCTOBER OF TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
