Approve the Treaty of Extradition between the Republic of Argentina and the French Republic. Sanctioned: October 31, 2012 Enacted: November 14, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the EXTRADITION TREATY BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE FRENCH REPUBLIC, held in Paris-FRENCH REPUBLIC-on 26 July 2011, consisting of TWENTY-six (26) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of the present law.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, THE THIRTIES AND THE

ONE OF OCTOBER OF TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
