NAVIGATION and Commerce of CABOTAGE navigation and Commerce of CABOTAGE Law 26.778 replace article 48 19.492/1944 decree-law. The enforcement authority will determine the value of the freight or service that will be fine. The Prefecture Naval Argentina will be the body of control and, in such sense, noted prima facie the infringement, will have the ban of exit of the vessel or artifact naval in port. It will be considered established the infringement, if before the indictment of the Argentina Naval Prefecture, units did not have onboard the certificate enabling them to activity that is questioned. This circumstance must be communicated to the respective Consul and the measure will remain until the deposit of the amount of the fine or the presentation of guarantee to the satisfaction of the enforcement authority. The offender may, within five (5) days of the sanction administrative appeal against the enforcement authority. The resolution falling will be appealed within five (5) days, with the National Chamber of appeals in the contentious administrative Federal of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires.
