Transfer to the Mutual Circle Association of Army Sub-Officers the domain of a certain property owned by the National State. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 7, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Transfer to the Association Mutual Circle of Army Sub-Officers (AMCIRSE), the domain of a property owned by the National State (General Staff of the Army) consisting of the Lotes Once (11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), of the Manzana Thirty-Five (35), cadastral nomenclature Constituency 01 Sector 03 Mz 10, according to Plano de Mensura No. 16388 Protocolized to Volume 162 Folio 31, case P-341-96, of the Ejido of Rada Tilly, Department Escalante, Province del Chubut.

ARTICLE 2 °-The transfer provided in the preceding article is carried out by the beneficiary to continue to allocate the lots referred to in permanent and exclusive form for the operation and maintenance of the Recreational Complex With the purpose of spreading and resting the personnel of the Subofficers of the Military Garrison Commodore Rivadavia and its associates.

Article 3-In the case of liquidation of the Circle of Subofficers of the Mutual Association Army, the property transferred in Article 1 °, will return to the patrimony of the national state (General Staff of the Army).

ARTICLE 4-It shall be the sole responsibility of the beneficiary for all the costs incurred in connection with the transfer provided for in Article 1, as well as any debt which may be incurred by taxes and/or municipal fees transferred.

Article 5-The national executive branch, within a period not greater than one hundred and twenty (120) days counted since the promulgation of this law, shall carry out the necessary formalities for the granting of the respective translational writing of domain.

ARTICLE 6-Commune to the national executive branch.
