I approved the Convention of Headquarters between the Argentine Republic and the Ibero-American Youth Organization. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 7, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Approve the CONVENTION OF HEADQUARTERS BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE IBERO-AMERICAN YOUTH ORGANIZATION, signed in Buenos Aires on August 26, 2009, consisting of twenty-one (21) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of the present law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, THE TWENTY-EIGHT

NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
