Authorize the departure of the national territory of the media, military personnel and security personnel, to participate in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH). Sanctioned: December 19, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 10, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Authorize the departure of the national territory of the media, military personnel and security personnel, as well as personnel for humanitarian aid and institutional, social and infrastructure development activities, to participate in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (Minustah) for two (2) years from 1 July 2012, according to the information detailed in Annex I, which forms an integral part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES,

NINETEEN DAYS OF THE MONTH OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
