The Day of the Battle of Salta was designated on February 20, 2013, as an extraordinary holiday throughout the national territory. Sanctioned: November 29, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 8, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Designate on the 20th of February 2013, Day of the Battle of Salta, as an extraordinary holiday throughout the national territory.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES,

TWENTY-NINE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
