The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Declare the National Capital of the Porcelain to the city of Captain Bermudez, in the province of Santa Fe.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch.
