Institute the "National Day of Afro-Argentinians and Afro-Argentine Culture". Sanctioned: April 24, 2013 Enacted In Fact: May 20, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

National day of Afro-Argentinians and Afro-Argentine culture

Article 1-Institutional on November 8 as "National Day of Afro-Argentinians and Afro-Argentine Culture" in commemoration of Maria Remedios del Valle, to whom General Manuel Belgrano conferred on him the degree of Capitana for his courage and courage in the battlefield.

Article 2-It was incorporated on November 8 as "National Day of Afro-Argentinians and Afro Culture" to the school calendar.

Article 3-Start the Ministry of Education of the Nation, through the Federal Council of Education and the educational authorities of the different jurisdictions, to agree on the incorporation into the curriculum contents of the educational system, in its various levels and modalities, the commemoration of that day and the promotion of Afro culture.

Article 4-To begin the commemoration of the "National Day of Afro-Argentinians and Afro-Argentines and Afro-Argentine Culture" through public policies that will make it possible to visit and support the Afro culture in its various disciplines.

ARTICLE 5-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES AT THE TWENTY-FOUR DAYS OF APRIL OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN.
