Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and Courts of Second Instance. Full publication of agreements and resolutions. Sanctioned: May 8, 2013 Enacted: May 21, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-As of the entry into force of this law, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the courts of second instance that make up the Judicial Branch of the Nation shall publish in full all the agreed and resolutions that dictate, on the same day as their dictation. The judgments must be published once they have been notified to all parties.

Article 2 °-The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the other lower courts of the Judicial Branch of the Nation shall publish a list of all the causes that are in the process of being filed with those strados, any is the procedural path that they have passed. The list must be updated daily and must indicate the number of cases, the nature and the object of the case, the origin of the case, the date of commencement of the proceedings, the procedural status and the date of entry to the respective court.

Article 3-The publications will be published in a digital format that will be accessible to the public, free of charge, through the website of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. safeguarding the right to privacy, to the dignity and honour of persons, and in particular to the rights of workers and the rights of children and adolescents.

Article 4 °-The questions to be addressed in the agreements and meetings held by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, which have as their object the dictation of sentences, agreed upon or resolutions, must be published in the judicial journal with Minimum advance notice of five (5) days of the date of the meeting.

Article 5 °-The expenses required for the execution of this law will be met with funds from the budget corresponding to the Judicial Branch of the Nation.

ARTICLE 6 °-This law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.

Article 7 °-Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to dictate in their respective jurisdictions rules of content equivalent to those of this law.

ARTICLE 8 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
