Please approve the Framework Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Argentina and the Government of the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Pacific Use of the Outer Space. Sanctioned: June 5, 2013 Enacted in Fact: July 3, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA ON COOPERATION IN THE PEACEFUL USE OF OUTER SPACE, held in New Delhi -REPUBLIC OF INDIA-14 October 2009, consisting of sixteen (16) articles, whose authenticated copy, in Spanish and English, forms part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE FIFTH DAY
