Mammary pathology. Reconstructive surgery. Coverage. Sanctioned: July 3, 2013 Enacted in Fact: August 5, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-All public health establishments and social works framed in laws 23,660 and 23,661, the Social Work of the Judicial Branch of the Nation, the Directorate of Social Aid for the Staff of the Congress of the Nation, the entities In addition to the provision of medical care to the staff of the universities, as well as to all those who provide medical care services regardless of the legal status they have, they must include the coverage of reconstructive surgery as a result of a mastectomy for breast disease, as well as the provision of the necessary prostheses.

Article 2 °-Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to adhere to this law.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
