Crease Federal Court of First Instance No. 3, of the City of San Miguel de Tucumán, Province of Tucumán. Sanctioned: September 4, 2013 Enacted in Fact: September 27, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Create the Federal Court of First Instance No. 3, with a seat in the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán province, which will have the same territorial jurisdiction as the two (2) federal courts in the province of Tucumán.

ARTICLE 2 °-The Federal Court of First Instance No 3 will operate with four (4) secretariats: one (1) secretariat, with competence in civil matters; one (1) secretariat, with competence in criminal matters; one (1) secretariat, with competence in the field of tax execution and one (1) secretariat, with competence in special laws.

Article 3-The territorial jurisdiction of the federal courts of first instance numbers 1, 2 and 3 of the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, will be coincident, with the departments of: Trancas, Burruyacu, Tafi Viejo, Yerba being under its jurisdiction. Buena, Lules, Cruz Alta, Capital, Famailla, Leales, Monteros, Tafi del Valle, Simoca, Chicligasta, Rio Chico, Juan B. Alberdi, Graneros and La Cocha.

ARTICLE 4-Create one (1) prosecution of first instance and one (1) official public defender who will act before the federal court that is created by this law.

Article 5-The Federal Appeals Chamber of San Miguel de Tucumán will exercise the superintendence and will be the court of the federal court of First Instance No. 3.

ARTICLE 6-The charges of magistrates, officials and employees are set out in Annex I, which forms part of this law.

Article 7-This law will be implemented once the necessary budgetary credit is available for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands, which will be charged to the budget of the Judicial Branch of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Ministry of Defense.
