Article 239. Repeal. Sanctioned: November 13, 2013 Enacted: December 3, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

AMENDMENT TO THE MINING CODE: REPEAL OF ARTICLE 239 ON THE PROHIBITION OF CHILD LABOUR

ARTICLE 1-Repeal Article 239 of the Mining Code.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE THIRTEEN OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN.
