The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Amend Article 73 of the Work Contract Regime approved by Law 20.744 (t.o. 1976) and its amendments, which shall be worded as follows:

Article 73: Prohibition. Freedom of expression. The employer may not, either at the time of his/her hiring, during the term of the contract or in view of its dissolution, conduct surveys, inquiries or inquire about political, religious, trade union, cultural or preference opinions. sex of the worker. The latter may freely express its views on such aspects in the workplace, as long as this does not interfere with the normal development of tasks.
