Adopted: 27 November 2013 fact promulgated: 19 December 2013 the Senate and Chamber of deputies of the Argentina nation gathered in Congress, etc. they attest to the force of law: article 1 ° - instituted in the territory of the nation August 19 of each year as a national day of the fight against the hemolytic uremic syndrome in tribute to Dr. Carlos Arturo Gianantonio, forerunner in the fight against this disease.
Article 2 ° - the Executive Branch, through the relevant agencies and with the participation of non-governmental organizations that carry out programs related to the subject of the present matter, will drive during the week of August 19, each year an intensive awareness campaign, in order to inform the society of the methods to prevent and detect hemolytic uremic syndrome.
Article 3 ° - the Ministry of education of the nation, in agreement with the Federal Council of education, contents 14(bis) will provide the necessary means for inclusion in the curricula and the school calendar.
Article 4 ° - contact the national executive power.
