Adopted: 12 March 2014 promulgated: March 27, 2014 the Senate and Chamber of deputies of the Argentina nation gathered in Congress, etc. sanctioned with force of law: EXPROPRIATION of property that belonged to Bishop JERÓNIMO PODESTÁ item 1st - declared public utility, due to its cultural and historical interest national and subject to expropriation of real estate located in the 1345 Avenue Gaona / 1351, 1355, 1363, 1367, identified according to restraint under the cadastral nomenclature constituency 15, section 47, block 1, plot 43a, 43b , 43 c, 44 with destination to the National Commission of museums and monuments and historical places.
Article 2 ° - authorized the national executive power to expropriate this property at a price that does not exceed the audited by the Court of appraisals of the nation, in accordance with the provisions of title IV of the law 21.499. The head of Cabinet of Ministers, in use of the powers granted by the law on national budget, will have the relevant items for the payment of the compensation law, and restoration of these buildings.
Article 3 ° - the expenditures that requires the expropriation will be attended with resources designated for this purpose, the General budget of the National Civil Service Act.
